Please continue to leave your cart curbside and we will address this as soon as possible. As a friendly reminder, recycling trash must be placed curbside prior to 7am and should be at least 4 feet away from all obstructions. In addition, please ensure that your recyclables are secured inside the 35 gallon or 96 gallon blue City of Fayetteville roll cart. To prevent spillage, please take care not to overfill carts.

In addition, your boxes have been scheduled for collection on Tuesday-4/4/17. Please place your boxes curbside and clear of obstructions prior to 7am. Boxes must be emptied and flattened. Bundling is not required, but it is preferred. If you bundle the boxes, please make sure that each bundle weighs less than 20 pounds. If there are any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reply.

When boxes are larger or are unable to fit inside of the blue recycling bin for pickup, we ask that residents please contact a Customer Service at 910-433-1329, in order to place a Service Request on file. This will allow Waste Management to be notified of the removal request. Also, when missed collections are reported for debris in cans, the issue is reported to the appropriate Supervisor/Department for further review and action. It may take anywhere from 1-2 business days, for a resolution to occur. Please leave your blue recycling container curbside.
