every time it rains hard the road will flood so bad its like a small creek out side and most of the buildings are in horriable shap their are some porches that are falling down i already went through one of the porches and the landlord keeps promising to fix the problem but hasnt yetthe building has gotten so bad i have to move to a safer home for my kids and when the landloard dose do work in is cobbed
