Actually, the uprooted post is over the property line and on the new concrete poured by the city as part of the new city hall park. Maybe a simple call to the neighbor would generate a solution or at least a plan to fix? Closing the request is sure to produce no solution and the impression you just don't care enough to remedy the situation. Why not attempt to resolve with the neighbor?

After further investigation, the guardrail in question is located on private property. The Highway Department can not enforce repairs on private property. Thank you.
