Can someone either residents or from the City please respond to these complaints. I drive by this house every day, and have witnessed multiple cars parked on the lawn and on the street. Why is this being allowed without some kind of fine levied on the residents. I've read that city inspectors have driven by many times without seeing this violation. Shame on you for lack of diligence. How many pictures must be posted before something will be done.
2900 68th Avenue South now became a transient party haven. Multiple cars are parked on the driveway and on the lawn.... traffic..... noise.....inappropriate language......Neighbors suddenly find themselves living next door to a rotation of noisy strangers. There are many children on this block. Neighbors shouldn't have to worry that every day there are new strangers in our midst. This is such a troubling situation!
Also, pieces of old furniture are still stored in front of this house, loose garbage is on the ground, blue bin for recycling items is used for storing of perishable garbage, garbage bin's lids are open; this has been attracting rats.

1 wood box in driveway, not enough to cite.

002 - REINSPECTION
Here is your problem. This inspector never sees anything. Two open cases. He reports no yard parking at 9:38 am. LOL!
He reports on 3/23/17 1 wood box in driveway, not enough to cite.
Once cases are open, click fix will ignore anything you have to say. You have to send emails to: Michael.Vold@stpete.org and Eric.Hirvela@stpete.org if you have even an inkling of a chance to get anything done.....
