Description

The traffic lights need to be altered to accomodate the traffic exiting Rt 2 Westboung onto Heisley Rd (Rt 44) in the mornings. The traffic is backed up on the berm practicly to the 44 North ramp entering Rt 2 West. Sooner than later there will be a serious accident because of the way the traffic lights do not allow an appropriate amount of traffic to exit the freeway.
