I moved into a rental condo in the La Cresenta Condominum community in September of 2009. Within a week I was informed by a fellow neighbor (who are owners) that one of the other owners constantly harasses them and they have filed several complaints with the HOA to no resolution. I never engaged with the person I was warned about and had no problems until the person I was warned about started walking in front of my condo SEVERAL times a day looking into my windows. Needless to say now she is blaming an "odor" (that is non exisitant) on my property and today proceded to call the police who only asked my name and left within 5 minutes. I am left feeling helpless and now also feel unwelcome in my own home. As I mentioned earlier several complaints have been lodged against her with no result so I would like to report this issue as to log some form of informal record as to the activity in the neighborhood.

I was outside wiping down the side of my car and the harrasser (Teresa Baker) was out taking pictures of me. I left to get food for dinner and was walking down the sidewalk while she continued to take pictures of me and my friend. She proceeded to tell me to "keep it up". I did take pictures of the activity mentioned in this log.
Again I am sharing this information as a way to keep a journal of he activity and constant harrassment of Teresa Baker.

Today I had to offically file a complaint against Theresa Baker at 501 West Hononegh Unit #7. I received a notice from not only the management company for La Cresenta Condominiums (Jomar Association Services) but also from animal control for a non-issue. She claimed that my dog was "running loose" in the neighborhood without a leash. These claims are absurd and I will not tolorate the harassment any longer. Again I am logging this as to have a record as to the constant harassment I continue to receive from Theresa Baker.
