Description
Landlord had company come and empty house on Friday. Left couch and two tvs as well as refrigerator and stove in yard/on porch.
House has broken window on top floor (left) that has been broken for months, even while tenants were living there - during winter.
The landlord should have a little more respect for the neighborhood and not leave his/her tenants furniture laying around all week in rain and sun. You probably wouldn't appreciate staring at this out your front window, and I don't either. Also should have a little more respect for the tenants that he/she rents to. Going through winter months with a broken window is no way to live.
Can the landlord be contacted? Thanks for your attention to this matter.

So even though the gray house has had tenants in it over the last year, it could still qualify for the NIP, correct?
I'm still not sure if we're taking about the same house. The green house is unoccupied and has been for many years - I imagine this house would qualify on NIP. However, the gray house has a landlord and tenants - but the house is not taken care of.
