A work order is already in place for this repair. The repair needs to be completed with hot mix asphalt which is not yet available to us. In addition we also have sent the location to Engineering to be included in a project to complete our back log of full depth patch work orders. This should be completed in 2017-2018. The projected completion date for the repair with hot mix has been updated.

There are two similar areas on this same street but they aren't directly in front of the driveways.

Crew came out this morning and repaired the area, unfortunately by this afternoon it is already heaved up again. Apparently this was not the appropriate fix. I believe this was the fourth time this has happened.

This area is beginning to erode again. I'm concerned that it will only get worse during winter if it isn't stopped.
