I have visited this property late this morning. I did see a lot of miscellaneous things in the rear yard. Also of a vehicle that does not look to be in operable condition, which is considered a "junk vehicle". I spoke with the City Planner, Michael Healy, who has sent this property 2 violation letters late last year regarding the same issue. Due to the season change and cold weather, we suspended Code Enforcement. The City will be sending them a follow up violation letter to let them know they are still required to clean up their property to avoid a fine.

I have revisited the property this afternoon. The property is still in violation of outside storage, junk vehicles and storing them on a non conforming parking pad. They will be receiving a violation letter and a fine.

The City Code Inspector will be visiting this property on Wednesday May 31st to check if they are in compliance. I will continue to comment with updates.

I had visited this property Wednesday 6-7-17 and seen they had cleaned up the improper storage in the backyard. I did however notice they have not moved the vehicles out of the side and front yard. They will be receiving a letter to move those 2 vehicles.

This issue is now being assigned to the Police Department regarding the vehicles parked in the front yard with expired tabs. They have been warned many times to move them.

This will be assigned to patrol to look into it today. A cad will be pulled with notes of findings.
