Description

There are 7 large rocks lining the road presumably to protect owner's lawn from traffic. Do they have some sort of special permission to do this? these rocks would cause serious damage to someone's vehicle and seem excessive.

They're in the road again. rocks should be on the actual lawn - not a foot into the road. One's lawn is not more important than drivers' safety
