Club Rain at 448 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd has been a nuisance of late. I have teenage children and live very close to this night club that is open every Friday night. They operate as an illegal strip club and the city will not do anything about it. The cocaine sales and use at this venue is out of control. Please help!
