There is a basketball goal in the culdesac of Rosemary drive, along with a spray painted court. The ball is being constantly rolling onto properties and around parked vehicles. It's beginning to become a nuissance. It's understood that kids need areas to play but individuals neighborhood properties need to be respected also.
