Speeding is really becoming an issue. Cars are constantly doing double the speed limit at all hours of the day. Due to the location of the neighborhood and often congested traffic on Gray Hwy, our neighborhood is often used as a cut-thru by people trying to get to their destination as quickly as possible. Kids play in or near the streets every day and it's only a matter of time before an accident happens. Signs would help but a few strategically placed speed bumps would greatly reduce speeds and help pace traffic at the same time creating safer and more walkable streets which are vital for a rebounding neighborhood.
