Sharraxaadda

We had significant damage to our home during hurricane Sany and have not been able to get it repaired. We are dealing with K Hovanian Builders and Mid Atlantic Homeowners Association and have had nothing but incompetence and lack of accountability with the winter here and still a room with a hole I donot know who to turn to.
