This house is now up for rent again. Yet the past two occupants have suffered serious mold problems in closets, cabinets, and on windows. It could be caused by water collecting under the house. Because there is no street drain, water comes down the street and collects on the property. Also there is some serious degradation of the house itself (an external roof beam has rotted and broken) and the porch is separating from the foundation.
