Description

The tenant of this house have littered the side yard (which is clearly visible from the street) with piles of trash and junk. It looks horrible and makes the neighborhood look trashy. Home owners in the area keep their properties in order and to have to look at this day in and day out is gross. Not only is it an eye sore....but the piles of trash could harbor pests and standing water, which in turn could be breading grounds for mosquitos. I believe it is a city ordinance to keep one's property free of junk/trash. They are clearly in violation of this.
