also asked...
Q. Is this a vacant lot?
A. No
Q. Additional Information:
A. This problem has persisted for years with no solution in sight. There are several recurring violations here, including overflowing trash, improperly secured container, dead animal carcasses, rodent and raccoon infestation. The JCHA is setting a horrible model here on how landlords should maintain housing complexes. This is also a lawsuit waiting to happen is someone is injured, gets sick or is bitten by a raccoon or rodent. This trash storage area should be contained, secure and out of public view. If a long term solution is not implemented by 3pm Friday, April 21st an email is being send to Director Coleman of Housing Code Enforcement, Director Walton of the JCHA, Mayor Fulop, Council President Lavaro and Director Stamato of DPW
