Last time some had reported that this single house is being used as 2 family home. inspection team has stated that this home is registered as 2 family home. if this is true why does revere patriots, official revere city estate site, shows it as a single family home? Shouldn't this be taxed and registered as a 2 family home? Even 754 Winthrop Avenue which is registered as 3 family unit is actually 4 family home. This just shows that city has no clue about book keeping.
