previously my next door neighbor reported damage to my lawn due to snow removal, which has been repaired. However, she neglected to report that over the past two years snow was piled so heavily against the stockade fence that sections were knocked down, granted the fence was not new, but, it was stable.At least 4 sections have come down and another is starting to go. this was done by the heavy plow that came through ..

The claim letter should be made out to the Mayor and should include date, time, and location where damage occurred. Also, a copy of repair estimate &/or paid invoice if damages have already been repaired. Pictures are helpful but not mandatory.
Upon receipt of complete claim, the Mayor's office will submit the claim to the Law office for review and follow-up. Any update info should be directed to the Law office at: 508-580-7110.
