There is always trash there! Its disgusting that the city doesn't get tough on these absent owners.

Unfortunately, I don't think this is an owner issue. There is trash along the whole street which indicates that it is not just because of an owner, unless all of the owners are doing something to contribute to the trash. There has to be some reason why the whole street is lined with trash. Maybe street cleaning? trash pick up?

People clean their car out and just toss all the debris in the street, they do it where I live too, disgusting!

same issue on Second Street by the Broadway Intersection. Its from trash pick-up, people throwing trash and local businesses (liquor store).

It's the ignorance of people who has no considerations at all, they just toss their trash out and don't care at all .

Whenever I'm out front of my house and see this I always ask them to please pick it up and they usually do but the mere fact that I have to ask him to do this is beyond me
