This house is very rundown and the landlord needs to take care of it and the tenants need to clean up the outside of the property. Windows have no screens and tenants have blankets for curtains blowing outside of windows when warm. There's no storm door and junk all over. Dogs running loose sometimes and chained in back without shelter
