There's a car under a car cover that I've never seen moved and the gray mustang.

I believe the car under the car cover is on concrete bricks and not operable. Could they park in their garage? The house next door is for sale and is definitely hurting their chance of selling it, no one wants to look at that every day! We all have to look at it every day! Such an eye sore!

Please have this issue taken care of

Car is on blocks and is not drivable.
