PER CSR- HEX BLOCK SIDEWALK IN FRONT OF 667 TO 657 CENTRAL AVE IS CRACKED/UNEVEN/ WITH LARGE GAPS IN BETWEEN THE HEX BLOCKS. PLS FWD TO PAVEMENT.
