Description

There does not appear to be a functioning traffic signal actuator for bicycles in the northbound direction of Broadway where it intersects MacArthur Blvd. I ride my bicycle along that route in the early morning hours, and when there is not a car to actuate the signal in my direction, the signal will cycle through but never turn green for me to proceed northbound on Broadway across MacArthur. Please fix this so that I can have the protection of the signal during the dark, early morning hours when I ride to work. As it currently functions, I am forced to either wait for a car to actuate the signal (which can take several minutes in the early morning hour), or to dismount and go push the pedestrian crosswalk request. Please fix this so that I may safely ride my bicycle at this intersection.
