I feel bad for the poor dog who is not being looked after. The SPCA should be called. No animal should be left outside for that long.

Yea I lived on the horse shoe at west mont drive, and the scum bag neighbor with a Doberman pincher and a PIT BULL. Barked in the house, outside the house 24/7. There yard was fool of poop. This was cruelty to animals; these are big dogs that need a big backyard to move around in. Do you know how wide a row house is? If you lay long ways on the floor, you are touching the opposite wall. Your right, these dogs do need a big yard. These yard are about 10 feet by 10 feet. These dogs are a danger to the neighbor hood. We should go to a towns meeting and complain about this on going problem. It unliveable here. Even the police that live on that street have 2 dogs. So we can't compain to them.
