During the afternoon traffic of everyone going home, between New Haven Rd and Clark St (27 Mile) the traffic is backed up. People are starting to use the neighborhood to get through to Clark Street. They need to make the light for North and South bound Gratiot longer from the hours of 4pm to 6pm
