Description

House at 130 87th Ave N has been empty since 2013; owner currently lives in Kansas. Grass is unkempt at times. Rear of property is open/not fenced and is being used as a dumping/storage ground. Currently there is an abondoned vehicle, an old utility trailer and 2 boat trailers on the property. the is starting to fall into disrepair. Needs to be addressed and resolved.
