I would like to lodge a complaint to the association. People keep placing their garbage bins against my town home, on the side of the building. This has led to a rat/mice issue that is now affecting my town home. They are now in the backyard, see attached picture. This is not the first time we complained to the neighbors to take care of their trash bins. Please do something about this, it's disgusting and has to stop. Take your bins to your respective homes!
