Description

The Long Leaf subdivision has one entrance off of Laurel Canyon Parkway. The subdivision has no outlet or connection to the remainder of the Soleil development. The current Google Maps shows the entrance street Laurel Canyon Trail as connecting to the rest of Soleil. It does not, it is a dead end culdesac. The issue is that dozens of commercial vehicles including cement trucks, dump trucks, semi and delivery trucks drive into the subdivision daily and nightly then must back up to turn around. This is a safety issue to pedestrians and children. Installing a NO THRU Dead End street sign is required to resolve.
