Description

Two dogs are kept in garage all day while owners are at work all day. When owners are home, The dogs are kept along side house in an area that is unkempt and they are unable to have any shelter if needed. With summer heat, it is not safe for the dogs in garage.
People who walk by house hear dogs barking in garage all day long.
