Description

Large sycamore tree is leaning precariously over 2800 block of Davenport St NW. The tree is specifically located in front of 2855 Davenport NW, on city property. I am concerned that the tree is going to fall and cause substantial damage to my home and property. I recently had my arborist look at the tree and he also expressed concern that it is diseased, likely with internal rot, and presents a hazard of falling.
