After private plumber, home owner, and city crew arrived, There was approximately 5-10 Gal. of solid sewer on the ground, collection crew did not witness any solid sewer spill from the clean out. The collection crew cleared the blockage, cleaned roadway where spill occurred, and mitigated the spill area with lime. Collection crew spoke to owner and advised him of what we did.
