We have lived on the corner property at Teaberry Lane and Woodlot Road for the past 8 years, and there has never been a sign for Woodlot Rd at this intersection, and none is needed.

Well, there *is* a sign post with a bracket, otherwise I would have mentioned the lack of a pole. :-/
