Heh, just someone who;s the city most of his life and who actually knows these things. It's not mysterious or difficult to differentiate... there's nothing gang related about this tag. No gang symbols, the writing isn't jagged, there's no gang called Ober, etc. etc.
I get it... you think S&S workers are dim and by getting all Cassandra up in here you think you'll get special attention. But S&S workers are savvy and know the difference.
