Greetings and felicitations. In my opinion, the "hill blocks view" sign opposite 691 South East Street, facing the northbound lane should be replaced with a "hidden drive" sign, as there is a newly completed house just the other side of the hill. The latter sign would be more on point and warn drivers of the more specific hazard. (I've had the "pleasure" of trying to exit that house's driveway without being involved in a collision.)
