Description

Grass stands at least 4 feet tall.......there are lots of trees and debris in the back alley of this lot. Rats, possums, raccoons have been seen in this grass. The elderly in the neighborhood are afraid of criminal activity not being able to see. A tree was knocked down by the city and just lays in the back of the yard.......as tax payers it would be nice to have our neighborhoods clean as we keep our private homes maintained. thank you.
