Description

There are 3 junkies living on the porch thing ( inside yard part- side of bldg.) they have been living there for months selling & doing drugs! The landlord there knows they are living in there & about the drugs- he even knocks on the porch door to get one of the junkies to do odd job cheap for him! Can something plz be done about the drug use & sales openly being done at 312 Merrimack st 1st floor it's been years of this sh*t by the same ppl!
