Description
There's a Crabtree between the sidewalk and the curb that I've been trying to get trimmed for three years now I was going to trim it myself but I was told by a city worker that I would be fined if I trim that tree I have a very small tree in front of my house and it's almost 2 feet from it trucks cars and other vehicles have taken off the rest of the limbs on the other side can I please have this tree trimmed
