Description

I was just in Hannaford about 20 minutes ago and saw a woman with a dog on a leash. The dog clearly was not a service dog (I have NO issue with a service dog in the store). I asked a man who worked in produce if that was allowed and he told me that he didn't know what the rules were. Then I asked the cashier and she just looked at me and never gave me an answer. When I called the store when I got home the manager was not available to speak to me. The employees need to be educated on the rules and there should be signs on each entrance saying NO DOGS/ANIMALS except certified service dogs. I saw this in the produce department where there's nothing but open food. I'd like a follow up on this. I hope this is investigated.
