Junky backyard at vacant residence, including dangerous propane tank (photos). Also high grass and holes in roof are allowing large raccoons, squirrels inside home (photo). There are also large rats running throughout the property. New owners do not seem to place any priority on the clean-up even though they acknowledge that filth, raccoons and rats present a health hazard to neighboring properties.
