Description

I am reporting this same issue for what feels like the millionth time. Overflowing trash cans outside of Exchange Place PATH. Pic taken at 7:45pm on June 12. When will this issue be fixed? There is always trash pouring out of the cans and scattering everywhere (including into the river). A long term solution is needed immediately - more trash cans, more frequent collection, or both.
