I checked the toilet this morning and it is about 1/3 full. We do not lock the doors as it leads to vandalism and restricts access. As we get a private contractor to empty the storage tanks I am not sure when this was completed as the request was put in last week to empty them. Staff stocks and cleans Monday/Wednesday and Fridays. Thanks for forwarding your concern.

Go back and read what you said. The toilet is 1/3 full. Does it have to be piled to the top for you to consider it full? You don't have a lock on it because it leads to vandalism and restricts access. WTF? A lock is meant to restrict access when it's in use. At least would keep the door closed. Right now out hangs open while you do your thing. Gets cleaned 3 days a week and is in this condition?

We will be making arrangements to have all the parks done by end of this week if it fits into the contractors schedule. I apologize on the lock issue and it will be repaired this week.
