The North Port Solid Waste Division collects used motor oil curbside. To use this service, pour the used motor oil into an empty one-gallon, screw-top plastic jug and label it "USED MOTOR OIL." Place the container next to your recycling bin on your scheduled collection day.
Not a problem. Sometimes its just less of a hassle to take it to an oil changing shop. With a coupon, sometimes it's actually cheaper to have them do it. Regardless, have a great week!
Great advice Steve. You can pour in a one gallon or less size container that has a screw-top lid, write "used motor oil" on the container and place next to your recycling tote.
