Green light on 113 only stays green for aproximately 5 seconds at a time. It stays red for almost a full minute while there may only be 2 or 3 cars on Cowpath Rd. This causes major back ups during the afternoon rush. I have seen cars backed up from this light all the way back to Reliance Rd. This intersection could also use some left turn lanes on 113 since left turns cause alot of delays here as well.
