Opis

There is a fallen tree branch blocking the entire paved portion of the Schuylkill River Trail. It's large enough that you can't see who may be coming g on the other side until you're in the process of going around it. The location I gave is approximate, but it's definitely well past the 422 overpass and before you exit the treeline through the first gate.
