Thank you for using MP City Link. This issue was investigated by Code Enforcement and it was determined the grass and/or weeds on this property are between 9 and 12 inches tall.
A corrective notice was issued to inform the property owner that weeds or grass must be cut and maintained at a height less than 12 inches (effective May 1 through the growing season).
Code Enforcement will continue to monitor the situation until compliance is reached.
Should the grass/weeds exceed 12 inches in height, the City will have a contractor cut the grass and remove the weeds to reach ordinance standards.
