Description

There's been trash on this lawn for the past 10 years. Although numerous people have reported this issue, the problem continues. I know of at least 5 people who have reported this issue, and I'm not sure why it hasn't been resolved yet.

This house also has multiple cars parked on the street with untagged license plates. The cars have been parked out on the street for the past month. Please address this asap. Thanks so much!

I agree with the person who reported this problem. I've often wondered if there was someone protecting this homeowner. In addition to the above complaint, the owner has about (5) rescue pit bulls that he lets run in his yard that is not fenced in. He is present when they run, but I thought that if you didn't have a fence there is a leash law that should be inforced in the City of Ann Arbor.

This person often brags about how "officers" are his friends and let him get away with stuff.

If this is the case, then I assume this is why the officer has found this issue to be "compliant" & it's not okay to have all of this trash on the lawn!

Please send someone else to check out the issue. The trash continues to pile up on this lawn.

This property is NOT in compliance. Not only is there an illegal car mechanic business located in the residential garage, but there's also piles of trash on the lawn, multiple illegally parked cars on the street (no license plates). Anyone who takes a drive on 2940 Butternut Street will conclude someone is protecting this resident. Unethical.

You should reopen this whenever they close it without addressing it, and include photos. It's harder for them to ignore issues when there are photos showing the problem has not been addressed. If they close it again without addressing the issue, you should contact your city council representative. Having photographic evidence of the problem existing, and not being addressed, will help with that.
