still not looking in the right place, there is no construction on this specific area of the block
this is between Bay St NE and 1st S N on 4th Ave N (or NE, not sure which)
it's in front of the building that the Birchwood restaurant and hotel uses as an annex building
it's across the street from the Rowland Place & Bliss condo buildings
i have a hard time believing you're looking the right place as there is not construction AND i have trouble believing that piles of brush are acceptable on a boulevard
