I live on this street and frequently walk past this house. The way the sidewalk, yard and retaining wall on the front of this house has changed in the past year is quite remarkable. It's definately causing my neighbours and I some concern. There is surely some underground erosion happening due to the sewer/storm water that is going down into the ravine. The sidewalk was replaced not that long ago and the road repair is already showing signs of failing. I think it needs some serious investigation before there is some catastrophic failure.

I have to agree. The changes and buckling are noticeable almost week to week, something very concerning is happening underneath his property.

We are waiting for a geotechnical report as to what is going on at this location. Once we get the report back we will be replacing this sidewalk.
