Sharraxaadda

The dumpster behind our building has been smelling like human feces for a week now. I believe there was some foul smelling liquid inside it about a week ago which has since dried up but the smell has not gone away. There are now flies inside the dumpster which I haven't seen before. Please replace this dumpster or clean it out. Several neighbors in our building have noticed the foul smell.
